13/2/2016 – Display Home Walkthrough with Sales Consultant

12/3/2016 – Paid Initial Deposit

4/7/2016 – World of Style Appointment 1

5/7/2016 – World of style Appointment 2

21/7/2016 – Tender Appointment

17/8/2016 – Contract Appointment

27/9/2016 – Land Titled

14/10/2016 – Developer approval lodged

7/11/16 – Developer changes received

10/1/17 – Received Developer Approval

3/3/17 – Received Council Approval

6/3/17 – Received Building Permit

21/3/17 – Site cut

30/3/17 – Piers in

5/4/17 – Pre pour inspection with Darbecca

6/4/17 – Slab pour

18/5/17 – Frame inspection with Darbecca

28/6/17 – Pre-Plaster inspection with Darbecca

18/8/17 – Pre-paint and fixing inspection with Darbecca

25/9/17 Tiling Starts

6/10/17 Electrical in

14/11/17 – External tiles and fly screens in

22/11/17 – Master Bedroom Balcony in

5/12/17 – Laminate flooring is in

16/12/17 – Facade rendered

7/1/18 – Pillars painted white

11/1/18 – Balcony painted white/ Range hood in.

29/3/18 – Handover (106 days past contract end date)

  1. Hi, I love your house selections and the overall look you have gone with design wise, I’m sure you will have a beautiful home when it’s all finished. I am also building a Porter Davis house, and have decided on Timeless Grey for the render colour. Would you be able to please tell me the colour you have selected for the downpipes? Thanks.


  2. I find that very interesting that your build can be done in 266 days. My building period is listed as 389 days in my Waldorf contract. Currently it has taken 11 months. Still couple to go I’d think
